Once you have decided on your design, choose from our myriad of color options and personalize your size so your rug perfectly suits your scheme. For changes to shape, material or quality Contact Us.
Work with our in-house designers to agree final artwork illustrating the scale and placement of your design and choose from a selection of sample options to approve the color before your rug is put into production.
The design is then transformed into a rug by our master craftsmen in 16-24 weeks for handknotted rugs and 8-12 weeks for handloomed designs. You can read more about the handknotted process here.
Day of arrival! Our team will agree a convenient shipping date with you either for Front Door Delivery by courier or White Glove installation by our in house team (charges apply). All our rugs are supplied with non-slip rug pads (free of charge).
Final artwork illustrating your preferred scale of design will be agreed once the order is placed.
Prices inclusive of a 15% custom surcharge for 1x change and 20% for 2x changes (for additional artwork and production resources).

Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, the final color and dimensions may differ slightly from those specified.
Please note returns are not possible on any Custom items as these are specially commissioned items tailor made to your specifications.
Shipping to the US, Caribbean and South American addresses are made by UPS and will require a signature upon of delivery.
Made-to-order and custom pieces have a standard delivery time of 16-22 weeks (handknotted) and 10-14 weeks (handloomed). Rugs and wall-hangings delivery in the US is a flat rate of $99 per order (no matter how many items in one order), with FREE delivery for cushions and catalogues.
International deliveries are charged by weight, and are calculated at the checkout.
